- First Crush Art of Blending Wine seminars are held regularly throughout the year -- approximately 1-2 times per month. Classes are generally held on special regional event weekends and holidays. Private parties of 8 or more may schedule a private blending seminar by appointment by calling (805) 434-2772 or (877) 82-CRUSH.
