Please review your purchase carefully. There are no refunds once your reservation is confirmed.


Winemaking Experiences

Cancelling Your Reservation
 
Once your reservation is confirmed, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund within seven days of making the reservation IF the reservation is made more than forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival date.  Reservations cancelled less than forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled arrival date and more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival are subject to a $250 per person cancellation fee.  Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be issued.  If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all of part of your prepayment.  If not, we will charge your credit card. The cancellation fee may be applied to a future harvest winemaking experience.
 
Transferring Your Reservation
 
Reservations can be transferred for no additional fee up to seven (7) days prior to arrival date.  Transferee must accept all conditions of sale and provide completion of payment (if necessary) upon transfer. 
 
Modifying Your Reservation
 
Please note that modifying the dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
