First Crush is now a member of the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail -- the newest group of Paso Robles Wineries and businesses joining together to provide visitors with one easy route to premium wine and olive oil tasting.

If you've never meandered out our way, you're in for a pleasant surprise. A leisurely drive in to the beautiful vineyard-studded, rolling hills is a delightful addition to the wonderful wines and olive oils you can taste along the 12-mile trail.  Many of the wineries have beautiful vistas of award-winning vineyards, and places where you can picnic or simply sit and sip a glass of great wine while enjoying the view.

The Pleasant Valley Wine Trail was formed in 2009 and includes ten wineries and one award-winning olive oil company. It is located in the beautiful rolling hills of San Miguel just East of Paso Robles and begins just minutes off Hwy 46 East, Hwy 101 North or Hwy 101 South. The businesses are:  First Crush Winemaking Experience, J & J Cellars, Locatelli Winery, Pretty-Smith Vineyards, Ranchita Canyon Vineyard, RiverStar Vineyards, Silver Horse Winery, Tassajara Cellars, Terrace Hill Olive Co., and Villa San-Juliette Vineyard.

Follow the 12-mile trail, marked with directional signs, for an unforgettable day in the wineries and amongst the vines experiencing the warm hospitality, hand-crafted wines, and undiscovered values this small yet diverse group has to offer.

So next time you're coming out to visit First Crush, be sure to include enough time to enjoy the drive, take in some of the beautiful scenery and visit some of our friends.
