First Crush makes wine at In Vino Veritas -- a custom crush facility in Paso Robles.   The winemaking team at In Vino Veritas is directed by winemaker Ryan Horn. Ryan is assisted in the lab and winery by Aaron Meidam.

Ryan began making wine a young age for a local winery and has worked his way to becoming a respected winemaker. He has worked as the cellar master and assistant winemaker for Justin Winery and now produces his own wine under the label Nacimiento Cellars.

Ryan and Aaron assist several local wineries with their wine production.   Ryan also owns Vintner's Vault -- a local winemaker supply store which is located adjacent to In Vino Veritas.
