Wine Country Welcome Reception /Winemaker Dinner at featured winery(locations and styles vary by weekend) Enjoy wine country cuisine and wine tasting at a premiere Paso Robles wineryYou’ll also get to meet, mix and mingle with your crush comrades, the featured winemaker and the First Crush team.

6-10 pm	CRUSH -
Saturday - Pick, Sip, Crush & Stomp (9am - 3 pm) Included in Crush Encounters I, II and III
9 am	Paso Wine 101 - An introduction to the Paso Robles Wine Region and how wine is made *A Taste of Terroir* - Learn about terroir and how it influences Paso wines from viticulturist Lowell Zelinski, Ph.D. in a beautiful vineyard setting PICK - Find out how wine grapes are harvested while trying your hand at picking wine grapes that will become wine you can purchase later.
11 am	CRUSH - Crush and destem the wine grapes you pick with the featured winemaker. See and learn how grapes begin their transformation into wine.
Noon	SIP & LEARN about featured wineries' wines with a gourmet wine country lunch
1:30pm	STOMP - wine grapes with a competitive twist. Prizes for the winning team ENJOY live music while dining, tasting and stomping EXTRAS First Crush Crushin' Couture (aka tee-shirt) Snacks, water and beverages during harvest, crush and stomp
3:00pm	Saturday Crush Encounter ends* *Schedule varies for October 1 Crush Encounter at Silver Horse Winery & Vineyard
SUNDAY	Brunch & Bottle (10 am - 2 pm) Included in Crush Encounter II and III
10 am	Jazzy Sunday Brunch - Enjoy live music and wine country brunch at the beautiful Silver Horse Winery featuring the wines of Silver Horse Winery, Tassajara Cellars and First Crush.
11 am	Tasting 101 - An introduction to tasting and evaluating wines with wine educator, Dennis Pallimore
Noon	Bottle a 2009 Vintage from your featured winery that you may custom label and take home.
