Friday, October 4 - (Included in Crush Encounter I & II)
4:00 pm	Perfect Pairs -- Explore wine and cheese pairing with Danika Bowler of Vivant Fine Cheese featuring Becky's special selection of Paso Robles wines
5:00 pm	Travel to Caliza Vineyard
5:30 pm	A Taste of Terroir- Tour the Caliza Vineyards with grower/winemaker Carl Bowker and enjoy a berry and wine tasting
Saturday Morning, October 5 - (Included in Crush Encounters I & II)
8:30 am	Depart for Silver Horse Vineyards to pick wine grapes that will become your own wine
9:00 am	Paso Wine 101 - Learn about the Paso Robles Wine Region with First Crush owner/winemaker, Becky Zelinski
10:00 am	Harvest 101 - Harvest wine grapes with viticulturist, Lowell Zelinski, Ph.D.
11:30 am	Picnic in the Vineyard - Gourmet wine country lunch prepared by a local chef overlooking the picturesque Silver Horse Vineyards
12:30 pm	Travel to winery
1:00 pm	Crush 101 - Sort grapes and learn how grapes become wine with Silver Horse winemaking Steve Kroener
2:00 pm	STOMP - Stomp wine grapes "just like Lucy" but with a competitive twist. Prizes for winners
2:30 pm	Travel back to hotel for afternoon rest and relaxation (end of Crush Encounter I)
Saturday Evening - October 5 (Included in Crush Encounter II ONLY)
5:30 pm	Travel to featured Paso Robles winery for winery tour and winemaker dinner
6:00 pm	Wine 101 - Winery Tour & Barrel Sampling with winemaking Adam Lazarre, Villa San Juliette
7:00 pm	Dining with the Stars - Dine and dance under the stars with a locally-inspired, seasonal four-course winemaker dinner prepared by Chef Jeff Scott at Villa San Juliette
Sunday - October 6 - (Included in Crush Encounter II ONLY)
9:30 am	Art of Blending Wine Seminar - Blend wine with winemakers Lood Katze (Cass) and Becky Zelinski
11:00 am	Travel to Cass Vineyard & Winery
11:30 am	Champagne Sunday Brunch prepared by Chef Jacob Lovejoy at Cass Vineyard & Winery
1:30 pm	Travel to First Crush
2:00 pm	Bottle Shock - Bottle your own wine with First Crush winemaking team
3:00 pm	Graduation Ceremony at First Crush Wine Workshop
