Day 1:   4 pm – 10 pm

Day 1

Winery Tour & Tasting at the fabulous Robert Hall Vineyard & Winery – Tour the winery with winemaker Don Brady. See and learn how large-scale wineries make wine from “berry to bottle.”  Includes winery tour and barrel tasting in the barrel room.

Sip, Dine & Dance Winemaker Dinner – Enjoy an elaborate, five-course winemaker dinner in the vineyard or barrel room of a specially selected Paso Robles Winery.  Enjoy live music and fresh, locally grown and prepared wine country cuisine.  Features wines from featured winery paired with a discerning wine country harvest menu.

Day 2 (Saturday) 9 am – 1 pm

Berry to Bottle Harvest Tour – discover the Paso Robles wine region through the eyes, ears and taste buds of the people who make it happen. Enjoy vineyard and winery tours, wine tastings and food pairings, wine country cuisine and the opportunity to meet winemakers, owners, growers and chefs.

Stop 1

A Taste of Terroir with viticulturists Lowell J. Zelinski, Ph.D. & Dana Merrill @ Pomar Junction Vineyard & Winery

Find out how grapes are grown from First Crush premiere viticulturist, Dr. Lowell Zelinski. He’ll talk about what makes Paso Robles’ wine unique, how they’re influenced by their terroir and show you first-hand how wine grape harvest decisions are made. You’ll also get to taste the sweet juicy grape berries right from the vine with owner/viticulturist Dana Merrill and taste his wines.

Stop 2

Your First Crush – meet owner/winemaker Paul Hoover and his wife Patty at the beautiful Stillwater Vineyards & Winery.

Venture into the vineyard with Paul where you’ll pick a few clusters, then see and learn how wine is made at a small-scale Paso Robles Winery. You can also visit the organic vegetable garden, stroll the beautiful grounds and enjoy a picnic lunch under the shade of 100+ year old olive and oak trees. Wine Tasting & Lunch

Afternoon Break - Return to Hotel – enjoy a spa treatment, stroll downtown, relax and get ready for Harvest Costume Ball

Part 2 (Saturday, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.) Winemaker Harvest Costume Ball – Winemaker dinner and dance at the beautiful Silver Horse Vineyard & Winery. Don your favorite costume and get ready for some good, scary fun. Live music.

Day 3

Sunday Brunch & Blend(Sunday) 10 am – 2 pm


Sunday Brunch - Enjoy a jazzy Sunday Brunch paired with Paso Robles wines

Tour the Niner Wine Estates Winery

Art of Blending Wine – the last phase of winemaking before bottling is the most fascinating and artistic. After brunch, you’ll learn about and get to try your hand at the artistic side of winemaking. When you’re done, you’ll get to taste the winemaker’s blend from the same grapes.
