In 2012, First Crush is offering two types of Harvest Crush Encounters:

Crush Encounters (2 & 3-day "berry- to-bottle" winemaking programs)
Harvest Tour de Vin (3-day wine country excursion)

Harvest Crush Encounters are a more "hands-on" Wine Grape Escape. You'll go behind the scenes and into popular Paso Robles vineyards and wineries for an exclusive opportunity to see and learn how wine is made while getting in on the action. There are 2- and 3-day programs that give you get the chance to make wine First Crush viticulturist Lowell Zelinski, Ph.D. and featured growers and winemakers from the Paso Robles wine region. You'll PICK, SIP, CRUSH & STOMP alongside growers and winemakers from some of your favorite Paso Robles' wineries. You'll learn about the region and how is made while having a fantastic time in the vineyard and winery. This encounter is only offered one weekend in 2012. You'll enjoy:

This exclusive weekend tour is like a "backstage pass" to the Paso Robles wine region. It's truly an extraordinary weekend of extravagent wining and dining featuring award-winning wines and local chefs preparing regional cuisine. You'll also meet and learn how wine is made while touring vineyards and wineries with local growers and winemakers, enjoy barrel samples and experience Paso Robles wine country in style. Only one Tour de Vin will be offered in 2012.
