Paso Robles is emerging as one of the premiere wine destinations in California. This seminar provides visitors (and locals) a wonderful introduction to the Paso Robles wine country, its wines, and how to taste them.
The two-hour presentation will give you an overview of how terrior influences wine taste, and you'll learn how wine is made. You’ll also find out how to evaluate wines and taste several of the great wines that Paso Robles has to offer.
Includes vineyard and winery tour, educational tasting of 3-4 local wines and complimentary tastings at Silver Horse & Tassajara Cellars.
